Grand Lodge of Alaska Strategic Plan

Consistent with our mission and vision statements, we have prepared a strategic plan with the simple objective of realizing those statements. The strategic plan identifies strategic imperatives that are considered the primary drivers of the strategic plan. From there, goals are set for achieving those imperatives followed by specific action plans that are executed by the Grand Lodge.

The strategic plan is a living document; it is reviewed and updated each year in light of changing conditions to continually refine our approach in making the Grand Lodge of Alaska effective in realizing our mission and vision.
